Here so i'll be giving out some tips i learnt from my research
MUSIC
Music is believed to release stress among people. Studies has showed that listening to music has made a difference to people with hypertension issues. I think it is true because in a way we tend to get into a virtual world where we are able to run away from the real world through music during this session.
FOOD
Food also helps in releasing stress . Easy to say anything that u enjoy doing helps to make u feel good about it which in a way helps to release stress .
EXERCISE
Workout, yoga and aerobic exercises are involved in helping to reduce stress. Pressuring your body muscles through exercise is a great way of releasing stress. Your body releases sweat and hormones which aids in reducing stress. Besides that sports also helps to keep our body fit and healthy.
TRAVELLING
Travelling is said to be another way of releasing stress because people tend to travel to places around the world in search of gaining knowledge of cultures and trying out new things in life. Besides that , you help to keep your mind free from stressful things off your mind.
READING
Books are also helpful when it comes to reducing stress. You can apply this habit in your daily life by practicing book-reading sessions before bedtime or during your free time. Besides that, you can also improve your knowledge and verbal skills in making yourself a better person.
