MALAYSIAN FOOD
This post is about relating to Malaysia . To be precise our traditional food by many religions. So right now I'm just hoping a foreigner might be staring this posts becuse if a Malaysian sees the he/she is gonna be like " I already know this la anneh". So seriously any non-malaysian if you're seeing this so this is definitely for you to get to know our people better.
About today , I will be posting about our local food .So let's start according to Malay culture.
so here it is , "nasi lemak" , one of our most famous malaysian food . Nasi lemak is the combination of rice , chicken or egg, cucumber, ground nuts, and "sambal". It is also easily found everywhere, even the roadside stalls.For a side information , the cucumber is believed to reduce the heat caused by the sambal .
Next, the "ketupat lemang" is also one of our famous malaysian food. This dish is usually known when it comes to Hari Raya celebrations where it is served together with rendang either chicken or beef.Besides that , this dish is cooked in the bamboo sticks which eventually gives a rare delight to the consumers..
Now let's jump to traditional food of the Indian ethnic. One of the famous dish among these people is the "thosai" . It is a dish made using rice flour and "kacang hitam". It is also known to be as a healthy food as it has no any usage of oil in making this dish. Besides that this dish can be served with various types of curries such as chicken curry , fish and even dhal, depending on the interest o the consumer.
