THE HIDDEN KID
You don't need to grow up, you don't have to and shouldn't have to change yourself for society as nothing is more torturous than not being able to be yourself. I know that every one of you has that inner child in you but there may be some obstacles preventing you from letting it out. If you see an inflatable bounce house, your inner child's instinct will definitely kick in. DO NOT FIGHT IT! It is there for a reason.
When I look at kids, I see 20% positivity, 65% curiosity and 15% wonderment of life. When I look at most adults, all I see is, 15% aim, 35% negativity, 25% worry and 25% stress. Nobody has ever lost the inner child in them, it's just hidden somewhere deep inside.
You would find how creative and amazing the world is when you let those hidden feelings out and try to enjoy everything around you. As for me, I love having kids explain every single thing they find interesting and trust me you'd be mesmerised by how wonderful the world is from their perspective. The creative thinking that they possess is essential for us to live in this world. We should not try to restrain the inner kid but embrace it.
A kid helps you learn to appreciate and smile at the everything you have in life. A kid's imagination has no boundaries. It sails, through many worlds, flows through different dimensions and creates adventures worth experiencing and this is why children are great storytellers. There was a time when even we ourselves pretended the floor was lava or used our mom's hairdryer as a gun.
Once you start understanding the world as little kids do, you will soon know how to live the life God has gifted you. I'm confident that you would smile and always wake up happy the next day.
